• Order Preparation: Please allow 3–7 business days for our studio to handcraft, cleanse, and rigorously inspect your item before it leaves our hands.

• Transit & Delivery: Once dispatched, transit times will vary depending on your exact location and the carrier. You will receive an email with tracking details to follow your package's journey. (Please note: While we strive for promptness, unexpected carrier or weather delays may occasionally occur.)

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

All Sales Are Final. We believe in the wabi-sabi aesthetics of raw minerals. The internal fractures, moss-like inclusions, and natural surface textures are the irreplicable fingerprints of geological time, not manufacturing defects. To preserve the energetic purity of our stones, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Transit Damage: We meticulously custom-pack each piece with multi-layered, shockproof materials to ensure its safe arrival. However, if your item arrives physically broken due to severe transit mishandling, please contact us at support@stillmantle.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damaged item and the original exterior packaging. We will assist you promptly.

Any display bases, stands, or staging props shown in our curatorial photography are for aesthetic inspiration only and are not included with your purchase.
